As a Customer Support Specialist, you will act as the primary point of contact for creators using the platform. Your role will be to ensure that creators receive timely support, clear guidance, and effective solutions so they can focus on building and selling their work successfully.

• Provide timely and helpful support to creators using the Gumroad platform.

• Guide creators on how to use features and tools effectively.

• Troubleshoot issues and identify practical solutions to help creators achieve their goals.

• Build strong relationships with creators and become a trusted support resource.

• Collect creator feedback and share insights with the product team.

• Ensure creators across different time zones receive consistent and reliable support.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions.

• Experience in customer support, customer success, or related roles.

• Ability to manage conversations with users across different time zones.

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

• Competitive Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year plus bonus.
