Growth Marketing Associate | Antimetal

Antimetal is looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to help build and scale our go-to-market presence. In this role, you'll work directly with the founding team to grow brand awareness, create engaging content, build strategic partnerships, and execute marketing initiatives that drive business growth.

• Develop and execute growth marketing initiatives across content, social media, events, and partnerships.

• Create compelling content that increases brand awareness and audience engagement.

• Plan, organize, and manage marketing events, community meetups, and industry conferences.

• Build relationships with communities, partners, influencers, and ecosystem participants.

• Run marketing experiments and optimize campaigns based on performance data.

• Manage and grow Antimetal's presence across owned and earned channels.

• Track campaign performance, analyze results, and identify growth opportunities.

• Document learnings and establish repeatable growth processes.

• Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams on GTM initiatives.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Marketing, Brand Marketing, Content Marketing, or related roles.

• Experience working in startups or high-growth technology companies.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

• Understanding of growth, content, social media, events, and partnership marketing.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with performance metrics.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Curiosity about technology, developer tools, and infrastructure products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event marketing and community building.

• Background in B2B SaaS or developer-focused products.

• Experience using AI tools and coding assistants to improve productivity.

• Familiarity with marketing analytics and growth experimentation.

• Experience building partnerships and ecosystem relationships.
