Product Manager – Internal Infrastructure

Dodo Payments is a global billing and monetization platform designed for AI-native products, SaaS businesses, and digital companies. The platform enables businesses to accept payments worldwide, manage subscription billing models, and stay compliant with tax and regulatory requirements across 220+ countries.

The company is currently looking for a Product Manager to manage and scale internal infrastructure systems that support critical business operations.

In this role, you will focus on building and optimizing internal tools such as admin dashboards, payout workflows, dispute management systems, and operational automation tools used by the Compliance, Finance, and Risk teams.

You will also play an important role in coordinating with the engineering team by managing sprint priorities, running standups, and ensuring product features are delivered efficiently.

• Design and improve internal dashboards and admin panels used by operational teams.

• Manage and optimize payout activation workflows and financial processes.

• Build and maintain systems for refunds, disputes, and compliance monitoring.

• Work with analytics teams to develop automation workflows and reduce manual processes.

• Improve operational efficiency across departments through scalable internal tools.

• Conduct daily standups for product and engineering teams.

• Manage sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery timelines.

• Maintain clear documentation and ensure product roadmap alignment.

• 2–4 years of experience in Product Management or Product Operations.

• Experience building or managing internal tools, fintech systems, or workflow platforms.

• Experience with project management and agile workflows.

• Ability to collaborate with teams such as Finance, Compliance, and Risk.
