Talent Partner

Dodo Payments is a global billing and monetization platform designed for AI-native products, SaaS companies, and digital businesses. The platform enables companies to accept payments worldwide, automate subscription and usage-based billing, and remain compliant with tax regulations in over 220 countries.

As the company continues to grow its team, Dodo Payments is looking for a Talent Partner who will manage the complete employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and performance management.

In this role, you will work closely with founders and team leaders to hire talented individuals, improve hiring processes, and build a strong people operations foundation that supports the company’s growth.

• Manage end-to-end hiring processes across engineering, product, operations, and business roles.

• Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans.

• Build candidate pipelines through referrals, communities, job platforms, and direct outreach.

• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.

• Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

• Design onboarding programs that help new employees become productive quickly.

• Develop engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

• Support performance review cycles and employee feedback processes.

• Resolve employee concerns and ensure healthy team collaboration.

• Build scalable people operations processes as the company grows.

• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, or people operations.

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced startup environments.

• Strong judgment when evaluating candidates and handling people-related challenges.

• Organized and capable of managing multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in SaaS, fintech, or payments companies.

• Experience hiring across different departments and seniority levels.

• Exposure to employee engagement initiatives, performance management, or HR programs.

• Familiarity with the Bengaluru startup ecosystem and talent network.
